You see a blank white screen or you cannot open McAfee SecurityCenter

You cannot open your McAfee SecurityCenter.


If you try to open your McAfee SecurityCenter from your desktop icon, you see a blank white screen.

If you try to open your McAfee SecurityCenter from the icon in your taskbar, it does not open.


Restart your computer. This reloads the DLL file that was affected during a recent product update.

If the issue persists after restarting, uninstall and reinstall your McAfee Security product. You can find a detailed uninstall/reinstall procedure in article TS100507.
